I came across one intel box which had the same blue window issue, after applying latest updates and turning on Xgl(xgl-switch -e) fixed it.
Hi CyberOrg, I am up to date with the latest updates as of this morning. So I doubt that is the cause of the issue. I am a bit reluctant to turn on Xgl. This is mainly a work machine so I don't wish to slow it down or anything. I don't have 3D enabled on this machine either. My experience with Xgl on 10.3 was that is was still rather buggy. Is this better in 11?
