The latest kernel update (2.6.25.9-0.2) seems have a more stable wireless N driver. Could just be my imagination and I haven't looked to see if it changed any, but I've been up for 24hrs without any disruptions. wcn Wendell Nichols wrote:
I have a t61p running suse 10.3. I bought a dlink wireless N router to which I connect successfully but always via the G band. If I set the router to only provide N band connections I cannot connect. I'm using the ipw4965 driver. I've looked at the driver's source and I can see that there are several macros relating to high speed and they seem to get disabled because they aren't supported by the kernel. Has anyone got wireless N working on any level of Suse? If so how did you do it..
