Hi all,
I'm newbie on linux, so apologize if i say some obvious silly thing, but I need some help.
I recently installed opensuse 11 from a livecd in my laptop (thinkpad R61).
Since couple days ago, I realize that when I try to explore file system, behavior is quite bizarre... I'll try to describe step by step:
1.- I switch on my PC and load opensuse 2.- I logon 3.- Once finish startup everything, what I have is my desktop almost empty... just my personal home folder and couple of icons more (online help, paper bin, etc...) and another, let's say normal foldeder with some text docs inside... thats it 4.- ok, usually, by default, if I single click on any of the icons, that one would be just highlighted, and if I double clicked I run the apropiate application (open folder, open firefox, or whatever...).
Well, the thing at this point is that if I single click ANY icon, always same happens... that is desktops "reloads"? (every window, icon, panel is closed and open again) and opens my personal home folder with nautilus.
About the rest, everything seems to work right, but this behaviour is annoying.
I don have a clue if the problem is about nautilus, mouse, desktop,,, no idea. I tried to search for similar problem or missconfiguration... but no success :-(
Any of you can have an idea of what could happen??
thanks Ruben T.
Kde4? Kde3? Gnome? (I'm guessing)...
