[opensuse] kmail configure crashes on 11.0 x64

Folks, I used kmail up to 10.3 with no problems. Now, I have problems configuring the mail send account for smtp whereby kmail simply hangs for a while and then crashes as I am in the middle of editing my settings. Recieving email and reading it work fine. Is this a known bug? I could not find anything similar by googling. I am using 11.0 x64.
