Not if it's rushed out the door to quickly. I would rather see a 9 month cycle.
I certainly agree. I think providing a quality distribution that has been thoroughly tested should be top priority. I've seen some rather odd issues in openSUSE... VNC issues (lol), PHP Issues, problems with header files creating the inability to compile software, etc, etc.
Sorry but I disagree. SuSE Linux (the old only German SuSE Linux) was released every 3 or 4 months and it was, simply superb! Don't you remember, for instance, that really great SuSE 6.4? It was the best version I've known. IMHO, I don't want to "hurt" anynone (sorry if so), but I think SuSE was better before. Nevertheless it still seems to me the best linux distro and I'll still use it until I can. I wanted to express my personal opinion and at last it's said.
