11.0 apparently doesn't update dns.
This is an option you can set in yast. Are you sure you had it checked?
Another strange difference between 10.3 and 11.0 is that dhcpcd/dhclient on 11.0 receive addresses starting at the middle of the available IP range compared to 10.3 that get IPs assigned from the top of the range and count down:
Server: /etc/dhcpd.conf
Addresses received depend on the server. There is nothing the client can do about that. Your wired and wireless ended up getting addresses 1 digit apart.
