Because you are sending mail to that address, by the way of the mailinglist. This is perfectly normal. A delivery delay is (could be) interesting only for you and no one else. If the address starts to bounce the reciving MTA will tell the list servers MTA and after some bounces the list software will unsibscribe the address. So everything is normal...
