Jose Thank you for the help. I down graded to the dbus-1 packages included in the 10.3 cdrom. It still does not work, I receive the same errors as with the old version. I recompiled yast2-vm from the current source. I am receiving the same error. I am running a custom kernel, I have the driver problem with my TV card, The default kernel does not boot, I can remove the TV card. I think I will give up on yast-vm, it is not stable enough for my need. Thank you for your help Aaron On Saturday 15 March 2008 03:09:21 pm Jose wrote:

Hello
I am unable to run the YaST vitalization manager. I receive the following error in the YaST log:

I only use the manager for starting my Windows XP appliance. Is there another method for access Windows console. It appears Windows does not set up the network interfaces until some one logs on. If I can just change that behavior I can use my RDesktop to access Windows.
Thank you Aaron
Hi
Just corrected that same problem, if you have updated your dbus-1 you need to downgrade to original from dvd/cd, I have 10.3 latest xen kernel-pae and latest tools from update repositories, but seems virt-manager has some problem with the newest dbus-1, downgrading solved my problem, hope this helps you
