Hello, This is odd. After every reboot of a new 10.2 install only one of the two scsi devices (Promise arrays) will appear in partioning. When cat'ing /proc/scsi/scsi, I see; Attached devices: Host: scsi0 Channel: 00 Id: 00 Lun: 00 Vendor: ATA Model: WDC WD360GD-00FL Rev: 27.0 Type: Direct-Access ANSI SCSI revision: 05 Host: scsi1 Channel: 00 Id: 00 Lun: 00 Vendor: ATA Model: WDC WD740ADFD-00 Rev: 20.0 Type: Direct-Access ANSI SCSI revision: 05 Host: scsi4 Channel: 00 Id: 00 Lun: 00 Vendor: Promise Model: VTrak M310p Rev: 0215 <--- device #1 Type: Direct-Access ANSI SCSI revision: 04 Host: scsi4 Channel: 00 Id: 01 Lun: 00 Vendor: Promise Model: VTrak M310p Rev: 0215 <--- device #2 Type: Direct-Access ANSI SCSI revision: 04 <snip> Sometimes Id:00 will appear as /dev/sdc while other time Id:01 will appear as /dev/sdd in partitioner, but never both at the same time. One or the other will be found with fdisk also. Any ideas on how to make all the drives visible?
