I have my doubts about the 7W/128Mb for the memory - to get rid of 8x7W=56W, a 1Gb DIMM would need a sizeable heatsink.
Which is why there are heatsinks for RAM available :-) .
Also, according to the datasheet for the Kingston DDR2-800 1Gb DIMM, its power- consumption is only 1.872W.
Looks like improvements have been made to RAM to make them more energy efficient, which is a very good thing.
