As Marcus stated it was packaging bug, not to provide kernel module via update repository. IMHO, this should not happen, as update repository is trusted and no update should pull any dependency from external sources. If I would have enabled VirtualBox repository and use zypper than I would not see the problem without inspecting every file, which is not good.
The workaround seems to be working without problems. But I have added a comment to the bug: https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=348258 as this could cause problems for anyone updating who isn't using the Virtualization:/VirtualBox repo, and can't be very good for the reputation of the update process.
