Has anyone done an installation on 10.3 and got it working with Apache?
Not really. But I'm using it with sled10 sp1.
s/sled/sles/ - actually :P
First hunch;
Did you (re)start apache?
What do the logs say?

Yes I worked with RPM's, actually using YaST with the community repositories now standard in OpenSUSE 10.3, which includes many packages not on the standard repository and OSS DVD.
Riight, so that's why I didn't any of packages besides the 'main' nagios rpm, on the DVD...
I did restart apache then, but after I just tried it this morning, it works.
Good. It *should* work out of the box, for 'localhost'.
It seems to work with OpenSUSE 10.3 as outlined in the link at nagios: http://nagios.sourceforge.net/docs/3_0/quickstart-opensuse.html.
Like I said; That link is for configure- make- make install -ing Nagios 3.x on 10.2... Just for the record (well - the archive... really)
