I was just trying to open a file in order to make a spreadsheet. (It is a comma-delimited file which is the result of a sql query.)
I can't seem to open a spreadsheet in OpenOffice. I try and make a new file, try to open Excel files and all I get is some chart tool.
If I try to type in Run > Calc, I get KCalc.
I looked and it seems I have OOo 2.3.0.1 installed. Am I missing something?
I have 3.2.0.1 also and no problem% it opens xls and if I'm trying to open csv file, I get "text import" dialog. I did not install KCalc though. OOo spreadsheet module is called oocalc. Can you call it from command line? -- Mark Goldstein -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
