Yes. If so, then you can verify
it using the YaST "Media Check" module on your 10.2 system.
If you still have the .iso image file, you can compare it byte-for-byte with the burned disc like this:
% cmp openSUSE-10.3-GM-DVD-i386.iso /dev/DVD_DRIVE_DEVICE
You'll have to substitute the name of your DVD drive for DVD_DRIVE_DEVICE.
