Hi, I added some repos to YAST and saw E on there and since it's one of my favs I had it installed. Well, when I go to run it, it says to use "enlightenment_start" instead of just the enlightenment Binary.
So I go into the directory and check and "enlightenment_start" is what is there next to execute and try to execute. So I change both to just say enlightenment thinking it was backwards and try again, no luck same error, but before they BOTH said "enlightenment_start" like it says it's supposed to, so I'm kind of confused as to why it says that when neither work and give the same error.
How did you try to start enlightenment? If you're using kdm you have to adapt the desktop file which is used by kdm: - open /opt/kde3/share/apps/kdm/sessions/enlightenment.desktop - replace "Exec=enlightenment" with "Exec=enlightenment_start" (you can do the same with "TryExec") Now it should start without any problems.
