I just recently learned about zypper a few days ago and I'm curious about the differences between zypper and the Online Update applet found on the Desktop. I know they both use the libzypp library because when I'm running one, the other won't run. :-) I also can see and verify that they are both accessing the same repositories: the DVD and the online Updates site. So why is it that zypper lists fewer available updates than the applet? Is this a bug or working as expected? -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
