Hi, "Suddenly" (or so it seems), I can not change wallpaper from the KDesktop configuration dialog. kcontrol -> Appearance & Themes -> Background, no settings in this dialog has any effects on the background. Running kcmshell background in a terminal does not produce any errors/output when changing the background settings, and they are not applied. I can however, change the background with dcop call (|dcop kdesktop KBackgroundIface setWallpaper|), but that changes nothing in the desktop configuration dialog (it is out of sync with reality). I have not upgraded any KDE packages recently, which could have broken it, and I did change the wallpaper not long ago, without problems. Any ideas ?
