Hmmmm. Something very odd about that post. Since Virtual machies see a virtual video card and that card does not have anywhere near enough bells and wistles to run aero, why would you have to "Turn off Aero"?
It would never allow you to turn it on given the virtual adaptor. And you may have noticed, but probably don't care (nor do I) that you had to violate the Vista license in order to install it in a Virtual Machine.
Thanks for the replies! IIRC the licence issue is only with the low-end versions. There's no problem running universal in a VM session. As it is, I've got MSDN licenses.
