I'm trying to put together an article not so much to help the user directly with OpenOffice, but training them as to how to find the answers themselves in a methodical way (From looking through the help screens to searching the site to searching the archives before finally asking a mailing list.). Has this been done before? If somebody is interested, I'd be happy to share what I've put together so far.
