If you've taken advantage of the "clone this system" option at the end of the installation, you can use the file created by that (/root/autoinst.xml) as the basis for a complete clone of a present system.
And, just to show that sometimes reading documentation is a good idea, under YaST -> Miscellaneous -> Autoinstallation, if you select the option Tools -> Create Reference Profile, you can create a profile based upon the present system state.
