K3B is not the issue KaudioCreator is the app involved. Unless I'm missing something obvious permissions appear identical

I have found this happens to me sometimes too. What I have found is that it seems to be in the name of the file created by Kaudiocreator from the cd name, especially, but not always, if I save it to a vfat formated file system.
