Yes, you get [Test] [Save] [Cancel] or so buttons. When [Test] is clicked, XFine2 is started, where you can adjust x/y size and x/y position. There is a small window with a menubar. I have there Step-size.
I found that the increments for moving the picture left or right, or for re-sizing it were too large.
