Loading YaST (and SMART) I see I have under System/Libaries
Qt 4.1.0-29 qt-qt3support 4.1.0-29
What could I be missing?
qt-devel for a start
Okay, I installed that. I still get the message. I also made sure I had Qt3. Do I need Qt4?
Most likely you'll be needing qt3-devel, not qt-devel. Unless you really want to compile it against qt4 (but note that since it says qt
= 2.2.2, it's unlikely to work with qt4)
thank you.
I have - according to YaST -
qt3-devel 3.3.5-58 qt-devel 4.1.0-29.5
Hm, I think I already said what the problem was without realising it, actually. Looking at the home page for kemulator, it looks like it hasn't been touched since 2003, so it hasn't been ported to qt3/kde3. You would need kde2/qt2 to build it
Oh. :P It appears that is a dead end, then. I don't plan to downgrade or possibly mess up my KDE in order to run a game.
