I know she left it, but she was a part of it, which means she lent her name to the scam. And this is the organisation behind the claim that Microsoft has a couple of dozen patent claims against linux - a big reason why potential customers think twice about adopting linux. And re. getting my facts straight before spouting off: why should I, when no one else does? PJ helped spreading FUD about linux by joining that organisation, Novell is being accused of helping to spread FUD through this deal, even though the management persistently claim this was never the intention, and that the inferences are unwarranted, that the contract doesn't say what people (including Microsoft) claim it says.
