pam_unix2.conf and Kerberos question

How can pam_krb5 options be set if use_krb5 is used with pam_unix2 ? The option minimum_uid=1 is needed to be able to login as root in case of a network failure, otherwise the login times out. Another option for pam_krb5 like ccache=krb5cc_%uid or ccache=krb5cc_%pid would be useful for a user to share its credentials over several login session and should be available with use_krb5 in pam_unix2.conf.
