did you look at your previous install to see what was different? Did you look at /etc/apache2/httpd.conf?
edit /etc/apache2/default-server.conf and add to it the text:
<IfModule mod_userdir.c> UserDir public_html Include /etc/apache2/mod_userdir.conf </IfModule>
the module must exist in /etc/apache2, mod_userdir.conf
as it is in your last version. (you did keep your last install as a example to use for changes to this install?)
be sure that you have added userdir to the modules in /etc/sysconfig/apache2 (do it in yast). -- Patrick Shanahan Registered Linux User #207535 http://wahoo.no-ip.org @ http://counter.li.org HOG # US1244711 Photo Album: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/gallery2
