By default, userdir is already loaded from /etc/sysconfig/apache2. The only missing piece is including mod_userdir.conf.
And this can be done in yast. Much better, but it is *poorly* explained in the available documentation. This is such a common need that it should be provided as an example on the yast screen.
Heck, I didn't even know that the contents of that dropdown list were editable until just now. That alone is worth mentioning there.
But, it doesn't seem to work for me :^(
APACHE_CONF_INCLUDE_FILES="/etc/apache2/mod_userdir.conf" APACHE_MODULES="authz_host actions alias auth_basic authz_groupfile authn_file authz_user autoindex cgi dir include log_config mime negotiation setenvif status userdir asis imagemap php5 perl python authz_default"
Don't know what to tell you there. Except for the changes made to enable userdirs, this is a stock install with no modifications made. -- Check the headers for your unsubscription address For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the archives at http://lists.suse.com Please read the FAQs: suse-linux-e-faq@suse.com
