My ATI Radeon X1600Pro card with an AGP interface is not recognized as a 3D card by Suse 10.1. The system is an AMD64 3400 with a biostar motherboard. I have installed the ATI proprietary driver both the the specific package generation and the auto install. I have done the ./aticonfig --initial adjustment after installation and I have done the sax2 -r -m 0=fglrx command to adjust the sax settings. The card is set to VESA Framebuffer Graphics and does work very fast in 2D but I would like it to handle 3D as well. Are there any thoughts on how to get the system to see it as a 3D card.
