System 1 - SUSE93 - Samsung ML1710 System 2 - SUSE93 - Network printer From start button: start -> utilities -> printing -> printing manager. At the bottom, select the admin mode (root password needed). There is a little red X in a circle on the printer. Right click the printer and start it again. On both SUSE93 systems, The printers will sometimes enter a "stopped" state and I am called in to restart them (which I usually do remotely). I'd like to allow users to "fix" this "problem" themselves. Is this doable without a lot of trouble? Can I somehow "auto-start" on reboot? Or perhaps there is a cli command to accomplish the same thing that I could allow access to via sudo? Frank
