as I said in response to your earlier post, you will need to configure your router.
In this instance, since the router/cable modem have the only public IP address (I assume) you will need to create a PAT route (port adress translation) in the router/firewall, such that all ssh traffic is sent to the correct in-side host address. Then, is KSSH or SSH you would simply use the IP address instead of the host name (the host name is not resolveable in public DNS, most likely).
without doing this preperation of the router/firewall, you cannot do it. At least given the information you have provided.
Depending on the make/model of the router, you may be able to SSH to that device directly, and then from there have the ability to SSH to other "inside" devices.

I have five machines on my Lan plus the router. So, I would have to setup six PAT routes to access any given machine/router? Could you give me an example of a PAT route entry so I can see the format?
