No not yet. The route your mentioning via the resolution switcher is the same as going directly to the Monitor configuration via YaST2. But no matter what I try, upon saving or cancelling when testing the updated configuration settings, the screen just goes blank with a short horizontal white line in the top left on the screen and I have to hard reboot. I have 10.1 at home with a Princeton LCD 17" and the Monitor configurations can be changed without error - but in this instance SuSE recognizes (or has knowledge of) the Princeton Monitor. Tommorrow I'm going to try again but seeing if I can either follow: http://en.opensuse.org/SDB:X_Server_Configuration_with_SaX2_(8.1_or_Higher) And or physically editing the /etc/X11/xorg.conf file translating the stuff I see at home regarding Princeton into the stuff for Planar (my Princeton doesnt use the exact same resolution). I'll let you know how it goes, or if you have any other suggestions etc I'll give that a shot. Regards, Greg.
