I doubt the security enhancements will make it into the 1.0.x versions since they're now "old" and Mozilla doesn't - AFAIK - put security tweaks into older versions. Rather, they simply upgrade the whole lot.
Looking at some RPM repositories, I don't see any 1.5.0.2 RPM files for SUSE/SuSE out there yet.

the link the OP provided has a 1.5.02 rpm --- at least for SUSE10. I dowloaded and installed it with success, and am using it now.
