Burn CD-R So It's Readable from Windows Using K3B?

Using the latest K3B, I want to burn a CD-R with an AVI file from my Linux box such that I can watch the movie on my Windows laptop...how do I do this? I can watch the movie off of the CD I burn on Linux, but can't seem to watch it properly on Windows. Obviously I need to select some option in K3B, but I don't know which. -- Thanks, wmeler
