It takes a minute or so on my old system but it comes up without a problem.
I have used that method, as well as running a complete remote desktop. Either way, the result is the same. However, as I mentioned the problem is entirely within my main desktop system, as I can't even run OO from a 2nd desktop. The big question now, is why it only runs from the first desktop on that system.
