[01-20-06 06:39]: how can I reload a changed /etc/sysconfig/SuSEfirewall2 configuration on a live system, without shutting down anything? It must just update the configuration changes while still working fully on a live system. I just added ports that must be opened.
/sbin/rcSuSEfirewall2 reload
I think "SuSEfirewall2" with no parameters does a reload - no, my mistake, it does a "start". I'm unsure of the diference between both programs :-? - -- Cheers, Carlos Robinson -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.0 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Made with pgp4pine 1.76 iD8DBQFD0WrotTMYHG2NR9URAkTZAJ0eIxrVLf/Ss6yyxd3r9RqOrV1ZXgCfVXvJ HrklvBQwaG8bJz47IwGQRN8= =5st+ -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
