Didn't we have the debate about the navy - I forget which country - starting to use a version of Windows NT on their battleships onboard computers? I seem to remember it caused a gret deal of worry....and so it should.

It was the U.S. Navy running NT on a new warship, System snafued so bad ship had to be towed back to port.
