After update of apache and php packages on SuSE 9.1 Pro (patches from November 22nd, 2005) I noticed some problem but don't know if it is a bug or "feature". ;) We have several sites that use SSI (server side includes) technology and those shtml pages are including php scripts. It worked until the upgrade when apache children started to segfault each time someone tries to open such page. I made simple test with two files first is shtml that contains single line which calls php script and apache does segfault every time I try to open it. <start index.shtml> <!--#include virtual="test.php" --> <start test.php> <?php echo "blah"; ?> #tail /var/log/apache2/error_log [Wed Dec 07 10:43:07 2005] [notice] child pid 9371 exit signal Segmentation fault (11) [Wed Dec 07 10:48:45 2005] [notice] child pid 10191 exit signal Segmentation fault (11) [Wed Dec 07 10:53:05 2005] [notice] child pid 10002 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)
