I successfully got this to work in Mozilla, and this is how I did it: add this server as an installation source in YaST: Protocol: HTTP Server Name: packman.iu-bremen.de Directory on Server: suse/10.0 Authentication: Anonymous Then install mplayer and mplayerplug-in with YaST (Software Management). They will be installed with all the necessary dependencies. S.H.
