I got an ipod nano for christmas :-)
I'm about to try it with my favourite Op-Sys - anybody got any tips or advice?
I reccomend gtkpod
I've tried gtkpod - changed the default device from /mnt/ipod to /media/ipod but can't see any of the files on the ipod. - iloaded some tunes via itunes under windows just to try it originally so I know they are there.
When I connect the ipod SuSE 9.3 recognizes it and mounts it ok and I can see the directories in konqueror.
Anybody know what I'm doing wrong with gtkpod?
Phil
In the gtkpod File menu, uncheck the "Offline" button and try again. I have not been able to get it to see the cdrom however. Found another link that tells about amarok with ipod that I am going to try this weekend. http://www.acaciaclose.co.uk/31307/41461.html Art
