I'm going to check what Bruce suggested (maybe it's a setting on the printer). The thing is that I don't remember this happening while printing on Windoze. That's really the reason I always thought that it was something on my configuration...but I'll give it a try (checking the printer itself)
A good check but I would presume that the operating system would *not* change a setting *in* the printer, itself.
