Hi All, I've reinstalled 9.3 in parallel to 10.0 so I can continue to use Audacity. I just tried to edit a web page in bluefish but the window froze the instant I selected "Open" from the main menu. I killed the process and launched it from a shell and got this: carl93@linux:~> bluefish -n *** glibc detected *** malloc(): memory corruption: 0x0844f860 *** I used bluefish all the time on 9.3 with no problems, so I'd like to know what's going on. I installed it with apt-get this time. The particulars are as follows: System: Linux linux 2.6.11.4-21.8-default #1 Tue Jul 19 12:42:37 UTC 2005 i686 athlon i386 GNU/Linux .rpm file size & name: 1066436 2005-03-23 10:35 bluefish_1.0-4_i586.rpm From the change log: * Mon Feb 7 07:00:00 2005 feedback@suse.de - updated filelist * Fri Jan 14 07:00:00 2005 feedback@suse.de - update to version 1.0 - new file list - new patch for no -> nb rename Ideas and/or solutions?
