Konqueror doesn't allow me to delete a file I have full rights to

Please see: http://home.ripway.com/2005-2/258162/temp/konqueror-is-krazy.png which is a screenshot I uploaded upon the bizarre phenomenon in which Konqueror says that I cannot delete a file which I am the owner of. See the owner column - I am samjnaa. It is a file on my Windows partition (soon to be extinct...) Please advise me what to do?
