Vince, I did it about fifteen months ago. Since have switched to SLES9 and LDAP - wish I has still on cyradm, it was much easier to administer. IIRC, the major issue was getting a version of postfix with mysql support compiled in - had to do it myself, which was a new experience for me. The MySQL SuSE shipped did not have that option.
