Hi there from Adam. Did you try the other utilities for adjusting the sound subsystem? Believe it or not, there is another volume ocntrol on the the RealPlayer, hope you have place all the way to the right. Check the loudspeaker control, the RealPlayer actual adjusts the PCM out, the Master and Master Mono out, etc. Good luck.
