My RPM database is corrupted:
gaf@gaf:~> sudo rpm --rebuilddb
error: rpmdbNextIterator: skipping h# 1483 blob size(1418320): BAD, 8
+ 16 * il(63) + dl(2524)
error: rpmdbNextIterator: skipping h# 1480 blob size(324512): BAD, 8
+ 16 * il(66) + dl(9128)
Also, this seems to have caused YOU to segfault. The problem was
apparently caused by running out of space while installing tetex. I
fixed the space issue and was able to reinstall it and get YOU running
again.
Any suggestions on how to fix the RPM error. I did a quick search in the
support database for both SuSE and Red Hat. Red Hat had a similar
occurrence, but no solution.
Note that I had planned to resize the root partition or move the root
file system to a larger partition, but I could also reinstall 9.2.
