The suse-linux-e list sends posts to my verizon.net address OK but ignores my posts to the list from the same address. I am forced to post using the inefficient Web-based mail.com service. Any ideas how this might be remediated, please? Thanks! dmc When you signed up for the list which email address did you use? That is

When I first signed up everything was fine, then Verizon started filtering all EU-based lists, then they have slowly started to allow specific lists to pass. I contacted Verizon and I thought they had fixed things so that the Suse list was added to the pass list but just noticed (see below) that I am getting the messages via a forwarding address. Sigh. I have no problems with posting to any other list (and I am on multiple lists re. computers, ministry, amateur radio, etc), so there is no setting problem here. I also have things set to defaul to text and not html. Here is an excerpt from the header (sure hope there is nothing security- related buried in this): from xlate1.mailsvcs.arrl.net ([172.18.12.134]) by vms047.mailsrvcs.net (Sun Java System Messaging Server 6.2 HotFix 0.04 (built Dec 24 2004)) with ESMTP id <0IFP003ZUQXIKV10@vms047.mailsrvcs.net> for kd4e@verizon.net; Fri, 29 Apr 2005 09:58:30 -0500 (CDT) I just sent a subscribe message from and for kd4e@verizon.net which is the address from which I would like to receive and post messages and am not receiving a confirmation E-mail from Suse. I am uncertain whether it is Suse or Verizon who is at fault. Ideas?
