Boot into linux, mount /dev/hde6 and edit boot.ini with your favorite editor (vi, pico, etc.). Change the (1) to (6), save, reboot and choose Windows from the list. That (1) tells NTLDR where the system files are located. NTLDR is looking at partition 1 which it can't read since its a linux partition.
