My SuSE-9.2 system is quite unstable. It freezes often, sometimes more than once a day. Both mouse and keyboard are dead, then, and only cutting power helps. Sometimes, I can detect the upcoming instability, some programs becoming irresponsive. When I then shutdown, the shutdown process breaks off in a segmentation fault: /etc/init.d/boot.d/K15boot-localfs: line 43: nnnnn Segmentation fault \ umount -avt noproc,nonfs,nosubfs....failed Oops: umount failed :-( --trying to remount readonly... At that point nothing happens anymore.
