Without the src and that pointer you're dead.
Here is what I actually see:
linux:/home/edoc/downloads/drivers # cd /usr/src/ linux:/usr/src # ls . .. kernel-modules linux-2.6.8-24.5-obj packages No source. You should see linux and linux-2.6.5-7.95 as well. Install kernel-source-2.6.5-7.95.i586,rpm Is this sufficient to proceed?
