If I try to run "yast backup" I get a sigseg. Same goes for trying "System
Backup" and several others from the YaST menu.
It may be related, but all attempts to upgrade to 9.2 also fail with it
being unable to mount root partition. /usr and /var are on LVMs, but /
and /boot are not.
The drives in the machine are standard IDE (ata100) drives, /dev/hda and
/dev/hdc. The root drive is /dev/hda3.
Import 'RootPart' failed
Segmentation fault at /usr/share/YaST2/clients/backup.ycp:24
/sbin/yast2: line 185: 21006 Segmentation fault $ybindir/y2base "$module"
"$@" ncurses
The core + gdb suggests some sort of infinite loop, I was ~4000 stack frames
deep into 'bt' when I gave up.
